Bloomsburg Fire Department

The Bloomsburg Fire Department serves our local community in multiple forms and times: fire supression, water rescue, vehicle extrication, traffic control, parades, dinners, fire prevention, flood response, and, yes, the occasional cat in the tree.

Our department includes men and women of all ages and backgrounds, working together for the safety of and service to Bloomsburg and surrounding towns.

Department Carnival

Annually, the first weekend in May. The annual Pet and Toy Parade kicked off the festivities in 2013.  Watch for specific dates for our 2014 carnival. 

Department Meeting

The monthly department meeting happens on the third Tuesday at 7:00 PM.
